Kitsap Web Design has been powered by Wordpress for quite some time now and just recently we’ve decided to move on to another open source platform that would render more functionality, especially in the development genre of it all.
Wordpress has served us very well and we are quite proud of how far it has come, version 2.5 is an amazing leap in the right direction. When it comes to building a site that serves user input, that is the way to go. However, we’ve got a lot of ideas spinning around upstairs in which we want to seamlessly integrate to provide more functionality and create a more dynamic and robust website which will allow for more community involvement, full circle. We’re moving to Joomla v1.5!
The new site is still in development and will only be released once it we are fully ready to roll it out. We’ll have a full packed community forum, a direct live support interface, monthly prizes for registered users and a whole lot more.
